Improving Quality of Life through "Food and Nutrition Science"

In this department, researches are conducted in food science, which seeks to analyze functional ingredients and safety of food, thereby enhancing effective use of biological resources, and in nutrition science, which aims to retain and promote health and prevent diseases through appropriate eating behavior.
